Property Direct Project Marketing has a decade long reputation of consultancy excellence with South East Queensland developers.

As project marketers, the team has expanded and diversified to suit market trends and our developers needs to ultimately be accountable for more than just the ultimate sell out of a project. Fully licensed and PAMDA compliant, Property Direct opened its doors in late 1997 to specialise in medium to large ‘off the plan’ residential developments. Since opening in December 1997, Property Direct has experienced a decade of sales growth of almost 100% per year, while keeping its original employees, developers, and importantly its integrity in the property marketplace.

During 2002, 2003, and 2004 Property Direct Project Marketing sold over $500,000,000 in local properties, of which over 95% were ‘off the plan’ apartment sales.
